Activities/Functions of Extension Service Cell:

          The function of Extension Service Cell is to bring about desirable changes in human behaviour by means of education. Changes may be brought about in their knowledge, skill, attitude, understanding, goals, action and confidence. It has different extension activities like, NCC, NSS activities, AIDS awareness programme, Anti dowry programme Blood donation, Tree plantation, Medical Clinic programme, Childhood Care programme etc.
Day observation –

  1. Environment Day (5th June).
  2. NSS Day (24th September).


Mission:

  1. To inspire rural communities for sustainable development for each member of the adopted village.
  2. To generate social issues like literacy and education through awareness programme and free education to the poor child of this village.
  3. Reviving the help less people of that village by financial demonstration.
  4. To generate the awareness on gender issues based on health, sanitation and literacy.
